Returns Policy
1.If you want to cancel the order & get refund, you shall contact us before the item is dispatched. Any cancellation requirements are not accepted once the item has been dispatched. Full refund for cancellation within 48 hours.
2.Please contact out Customer Service Team to arrange your return. We’ll need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. We do not accept returned item that were sent without any notice.
3.Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods needed to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken.
4.We do not offer Freight To Collect(FTC) service for the returns. You will need to pay for the shipping by your own.
Refunds Policy
1.Once we received your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
2.If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). you’ll receive the credit within maximum 30 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. We charge 45% of the transaction amount to make up the material loss and labor cost if the customized payment has started to be made and still needs to be refunded. ③ The customer should ensure that the goods are not unpacked within 30 days after receiving the goods and that the secondary sales will not be affected. After the logistics department receives the returned products and checks that the products are normal, the payment will be returned in the original way.
